Helping You Navigate Change with Clarity and Strength

Lauren Aiken, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting women and expectant parents through reproductive and life transitions. Her work centers on fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the emotional complexity that often accompanies these stages.

Lauren has worked extensively with women navigating anxiety, grief, identity shifts, relational strain, and the invisible emotional labor that can arise during reproductive transitions. Her clinical background includes work within a hospital based OBGYN department, where she facilitated therapeutic groups for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause, further grounding her practice in women’s health across the lifespan.

Lauren holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from The Wright Institute and is a California licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She works with women and families addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, reproductive and life transitions, parenting support, and relational concerns with a steady, thoughtful, and attuned approach.

Her work is especially suited for women who have been carrying responsibility largely on their own and are seeking support that is both emotionally grounded and clinically informed.
